IP STEERING COMMITTEE

The first “Designer/IP Success” article is ready for posting on the ASID NJ website.

A new IP Directory and Guidelines for “Learn and Earn” events are still being worked on.

COMMUNITY SERVICE

An update on the two hospice projects:

The Hospice ward at Monmouth Medical Center has completed renovations to the hallways through NJASID’s help as well as nearly completing gone model patient room and bath with ASID NJ donations, along with additional donations from St. Barnabas Hospice and Palliative Centers private donors.

The Hospice ward at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center requires more extensive renovations and is hoping for public donations to help them acquire the funds needed to procure the renovation work.

NJASID participated in a Habitat for Humanity work day on June 6th, which was organized by Diane Durocher and Anna Maria Mannarino. The sites were located in Waldwick (Bergen County) and Neptune (Monmouth County), New Jersey. Those who attended know what a very rewarding experience it was to participate in these events. We look forward to working on more builds in the future.
