Designer Profile
Ms. McNeilly has been designing interiors for clients in the healthcare industry for twenty-five years. The firm's clientele range from acute care hospitals, community based hospitals, ambulatory care centers, in-hospital palliative care, physician private practice, woman's health centers, in-patient psychiatric units, outpatient psychiatric treatment facilities.
Coupled with strong interior design skills, she is very familiar with the medical equipment requirements of hospitals having worked as a medical equipment planner for five years prior to establishing her design firm in 1993.
Services Offered
Typical Scope of Services provided to clients include: programming, space planning, conceptual design, development of capital budgets, design development, specification of furniture, finishes, interior signage and wayfinding, equipment (FF&E), construction documents.
We are experienced design project managers, and offer construction management services for small scaled projects. Our design documentation utilizes the latest software by ArchiCad, all work is done in-house which enables our firm to turn around projects quickly for client review.
Many of our clients have established Guidelines for materials and finishes and we work within these Guidelines to create interiors that are non-institutional in appearance. For those clients who do not employ standards we will select materials based on performance, durability and functionality for the space to be designed.
