Designer Profile
Ria Gulian, ASID has a most diverse background when it comes to interiors. Ms. Gulian is the owner of Interior Designs by Ria, a Long Branch based interior design firm. Her showroom is located on Ocean Avenue in Long Branch. Ms. Gulian has a roster of satisfied clientele who applaud her design skills, her ability to listen, and her advocacy for the client in all phases of the project. Her staff is able to assist and answer questions expeditiously. Through years of networking and developing skills, Ria has established herself in the dental and hospitality industries.
Her understanding of construction from the ground up is a result of long and successful working relationships with many area builders and architects. She has been a member of the New Jersey Shore Builders Association and has worked closely with builders on several developments, including Holland Ridge Homes in Freehold and Shore Management/Renaissance in Eatontown. She has been involved in the selections of all interior specifications, from mouldings to custom cabinetry. Her renovation projects have earned accolades from clients for her ability to create an environment conducive to family's and staff's needs. She has been involved in the design and construction of large custom homes, putting her design knowledge to work on everything from kitchens to great rooms to home theater rooms.
Ms. Gulian has expertise in the medical and dental field and works as a team player in conjunction with builders and dental companies. Awareness of ADA requirements are just one of the areas of knowledge to complete an office that is functional and addresses the needs of both the stage and patients. Team effort is an important process in the coordination of the scope of services needed to complete the design program. We also work as an independent design firm to specify and select products conducive to the special needs of your practice. Purchasing is an option for furnishings, window treatments, artwork and accessories. Projects completed have been in the NY/NJ area and include: The Orthopedic Institute of Central Jersey, Monmouth Radiology, New Jersey Spine Center, Tinton Falls Dermatology Office and recently completed Clark Family Dental Associates and Drs. Burt and Laureen Langer’s NY office.
