Along with a strong family history of creative genes and encouragement Vanessa DeLeon, having an instilled sense of creativity, knew she had a place in the arts, little could she expect the fast rise to success she has enjoyed. Vanessa felt a strong affinity for the Art Deco styling that had become a strong influence in her culture; coupled with her innovative sense and keen eye for details, she found herself creating a new design style. The new look and feel takes on streamline minimalism with a sharp eye for glamorous details hence the name "GLAMILISTIC." As she developed this style her designs grew as well; she started to design high-end residential homes, commercial venues, and hospitality facilities. Vanessa intrinsically knows the importance of keeping up to date with the latest fashion but is simultaneously aware of the importance of creating a timeless look. Furthermore, she believes in committing fully to her clients through out the design process; so that having a spaced designed doesn't become a second job for the client. To achieve this, she and her handpicked design team attend trade shows regularly to incorporate the latest trends into the firm's style. She is also aware of the importance of having a stellar staff; so collecting artists from various backgrounds, such as; fine artists, graphic artists, and interior designers, give diversity necessary to create a truly amazing space.

Vanessa earned the 2008 ASID Silver Design Exellence Award, and was the 2007 Rising Star of Interior Design. She can also be seen on HGTV's Generation Renovation, Designer's Challenge, Bang For Your Buck, and Design Star, as well as numerous publications including New York Spaces, Design NJ, (201) home, Latina Magazine, Time, Entertainment, and Cosmopolitan.
