A native of New York City, Jon Martinez began his artistic and design career in high School by attending the High school of Art and Design in New York City, where he studied painting, sculpture, and architecture.

He obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design at New York Institute of Technology. While attending college Jon continued studying painting and the history of the arts, and minored in Fine Arts.

Jon has been an interior designer since 1988 and has worked for several N.Y.C. firms that have been featured in Architectural Digest and Elle décor. Designing between traditional to contemporary his style is timeless and classic. Specializing in residential design, Jon has had the opportunity of working indepently with clients to represent their personal unique style. Kitchen and bath design is one of his various skills. He has had the opportunity to create custom design upholstered furniture and lighting for various clients’ needs and for several manufactures such as Bruetton and Lane Upholstery.

Jon resides in New Jersey. Having been an interior designer for the last 25 years he is now expanding his creative reach by maintaining his own Interior Design business.
